How To Cook
Best method - fry pan.
Spiced Venison Mince:
Heat the 2 Tbsp oil in a large frypan. Sauté 1 diced onion and 1 clove crushed garlic until soft.
Add 1 pack of venison mince and cook until the meat is browned.
Add 1 diced chilli, 2 Tbsp coriander, ½ tsp cumin and 2 diced tomatoes.
Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add 1 Tbsp lemon juice, 2 Tbsp each of coriander and mint. Season to taste.
